Every shower is built on a pre-sloped base and bonded waterproofing membrane, then flood-tested for 24 hours and photographed before tile is set. Curbless entries, niches and benches included in the written spec.

Floors & Heated Floors

Porcelain and large-format tile for bathrooms, kitchens, mudrooms and entries — with radiant heating systems for warm floors through the long wet season.

Backsplashes & Surrounds

Kitchen backsplashes and fireplace surrounds, from classic subway to zellige and designer porcelain — set straight, spaced right, sealed properly.

Tile Installation Questions

How much does tile installation cost?

Most projects run $14–$26 per square foot installed, depending on tile format and prep; labor-only pricing is available from $11/sq ft. Every quote is itemized in writing at your free in-home estimate.

What is the 24-hour flood test?

Before any tile goes on a shower, we plug the drain and flood the waterproofed base for 24 hours, then photograph the result. It proves the membrane holds water — so the tile above it never has to.

Can I buy my own tile and have you install it?

Yes. Bring tile from any store — we build the waterproofing and substrate under it to the same standard, so an inexpensive tile lasts like a premium one.

Do you do heated tile floors?

Yes — electric radiant systems under bathroom, kitchen and entry tile are one of our most requested upgrades.

Is the work warrantied?

Tile installations carry a 2-year workmanship warranty on top of the photographed flood-test documentation you receive.
