The 7½-inch-wide planks are 3/8 inch thick and 75 inches long, with 70 percent full boards, and a box covers 38.86 square feet. A brushed face and high performance polyurethane finish with aluminum oxide keep the surface practical, backed by a 25 year residential wear warranty. The wide format helps smaller rooms feel larger, and the engineered core is compatible with radiant heat. Homeowners in Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland and throughout King and Snohomish County can see samples at home; OC Flooring installs it and provides a free in-home estimate.
