Planks measure 5 inches wide and 1/2 inch thick in assorted lengths up to 59 inches, with a brushed face and a high performance polyurethane finish reinforced with aluminum oxide. A 25 year residential wear warranty covers the finish, and boxes contain 34.45 square feet. This is a practical choice for households with kids or pets and for homes on radiant heat, where an engineered core stays flatter than solid wood. Homeowners in Seattle, Redmond, Bellevue and across King and Snohomish County can view samples at home; OC Flooring installs and offers a free in-home estimate.
