Planks measure 6.5 inches wide by 47.25 inches long, and the surface is lightly wire brushed to bring out the oak grain before receiving seven coats of UV cured urethane and two coats of aluminum oxide. That finish is backed by a 50-year wear-through warranty and a lifetime structural warranty. Each box covers 21.31 square feet. The engineered construction suits radiant heat, concrete subfloors and busy family homes with pets. OC Flooring brings Sawtooth samples to Bellevue, Seattle and Kirkland homes across King and Snohomish County and installs it after a free in-home estimate.
