The finish system of seven coats of UV cured urethane and two coats of aluminum oxide is covered by a 50-year wear-through warranty, plus a lifetime structural warranty. Each box covers 21.31 square feet. Its engineered construction suits radiant heat, lower levels and homes with children and pets. OC Flooring brings Gallatin samples to homes in Bellevue, Kirkland and across King and Snohomish County and installs it after a free in-home estimate.
