The planks are 5 inches wide and 3/8 inch thick, in assorted lengths up to about 47 inches, finished in polyurethane with aluminum oxide. A box covers 32.81 square feet, backed by a 25-year residential wear warranty. Hickory is very hard, and the thin engineered profile installs over existing floors, concrete and radiant heat. The warm tone and textured surface forgive wear in busy living rooms, hallways and homes with dogs. OC Flooring brings samples to homes in Bellevue, Seattle and Kirkland and handles installation after a free in-home estimate.
